Absolutely, our machines are perfect for severely clogged DPFs. The thermal regeneration oven which safely burns trapped soot is set up to 600 degrees celsius. The high-pressure air flushing stage actively dislodges compacted ash during the process. In most cases, filters with more than 80% blockage can be restored to operational standards. However, filters that are more severely damaged, such as those with cracked substrates, will need to be replaced.
