The cleaning system circulates a mixture of high temperature cleaning solution and compressed air to clean the SCR/DPF substrate.Both the high temperature cleaning solution and instantaneous compressed air impact can rapidly soften and impact-strip SCR deposits, delivering significant cleaning effectiveness.

● Connect the SCR or DPF as needed and add clean water to the tank.

● The SCR-specific cleaning agent can be added to the SCR or DPF for immersion or directly to the water tank.

● Power on the equipment; the PLC will begin loading, and the screen will light up.

● If heating the cleaning solution is required, select the "Heat" button.

● If the cleaning carrier's inner cavity is too large, the water level in the tank may become too low during the cleaning process; replenish the water promptly.

● Unless otherwise specified, the equipment will run for the set time and automatically stop cleaning.

● If you need to pause the automatic cleaning process, click the "Pause" button.

● After completion, switch to the drying/testing connection mode and click the drying button to begin drying.

● After drying is complete, click "Test" to print the post-cleaning test data.
