Our DPF cleaning machinery surpasses industry standards with its four-step procedure: pre-cleaning spray, high-pressure air flushing (up to 1200 kPa), ultrasonic cleaning, and smart thermal regeneration. Each of these steps in conjunction results in the removal of 99.5% of diesel particulate soot, ash, and oil residues. It does this while automatically adjusting its parameters for optimal results tailered to the vehicle’s filter type and degree of clogs. For instance, a barely operable DPF from a construction vehicle containing 80g/L of ash accumulated over time can be brought down to less than 3g/L in just 120 minutes which greatly improves exhaust efficiency and minimizes backpressure on the engine.
